Langdale Round, Lake District - 7.11.10

As the weather was also forecast good for today we decided to walk the Langdale Round.  We again set off early (7.30am) towards the head of Great Langdale.

Crinkle Crags, Bowfell and The Langdale Pikes

Blea Tarn was bathed in lovely crisp sunshine and relatively calm: we (along with several other tripods again) took some shots.

During lunch a group of blokes passed by wearing shorts and T shirts!!  It was rather warm, however, I was glad of my woolley hat at times!

Carrying on we passed into Little Langdale and the Cathedral again.

We stopped on Slaters Bridge.  By this point it was getting a little more overcast and cold: a sign of things to come.

We stopped briefly just above the bridge in Elterwater to try some more river shots.
