Today was such a lovely day and we had heard that all the geese had returned to Martin Mere so we decided on a trip there.
We started off at the Swanlink Hide, there were a lot of different species feeding on the grass just in front of the hide, but unfortunately the sun was behind the hide. We obtained some nice shots of Whooper Swans and a few others.
We continued onwards but didn't see much of any excitement.
At the final hide we took more pictures of flying swans/geese.
We also had a look round the 'world' birds and at the otters as well (v cute!).
